Since opening our doors in 2008, On Stage School of Dance has been dedicated to creating a place where dancers feel inspired, supported, and at home. As a family-owned studio founded by Jason and Renee Smith, our vision has always been to provide a positive environment where children can develop a love for dance, build confidence, form lasting friendships, and express their creativity.

Today, the studio continues to grow under the creative direction of Kaitlyn Mikle, daughter of Jason and Renee Smith. Kaitlyn has built an award-winning Performing Arts Company recognized for its excellence in training, performance, and sportsmanship. While Kaitlyn leads the artistic vision of the studio, founder Renee Smith remains an integral part of On Stage School of Dance, overseeing studio operations and administration while continuing to mentor students and families. Her dedication helps preserve the welcoming, family-centered atmosphere that has been the foundation of our studio since 2008. Alongside our competitive program, we have also established an exceptional recreational dance program that welcomes students of all experience levels and ages. As we continue to expand, we look forward to the leadership and continued growth of our recreational program under Asa Traylor.
